Rakesh Gandotra is a India native, who found deep connection with Indian ancient Yogic life style at very early age of his life and started practicing various forms of Yoga and meditation and witnessed revolutionary transformation in various aspect of human life i.e. Physical, Mental and Spiritual, inspired with the immense benefits of practicing yoga he became an ardent disciple of Yoga and decided to pursue further as a professional learning and soon attained advanced professional and academic knowledge of Yoga from various renowned institutions - A certified Yoga Teacher - 200 hours from Yoga Alliance.

Having a diverse background in sports, coaching, holistic health, and academia, I blend the lessons I have learned in my life with my professional trainings in corporate sector being corporate proficient with dual profile as corporate entity and a yogic professional in yoga, pranayama & mediation as a yogic creature.
A Certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance, one of the renowned names globally in yoga endorsement also "Level 2 Healer" and Sri SriSanskar Kendra Teacher for AOL - Art of Living which is an International transcendent trust in the path of spirituality and wisdom with holistic approach in physical & mental health.
Also functioned as Zonal cranium in leading non profitable yoga institute BYS who has around 3800 centers across India and all transversely the globe. I accomplished an immersion of the Healing Initiatory Process from BYS Association and from yoga Alliance.
A well-qualified professional attaining Master's in Business Administration with specializations in Sales & Marketing from New Delhi India, along with Certification in Management Development Program on "Leadership and Team Management Building" - IIM Calcutta, India.
Through professional corporate exposure of 21+ years of Experience in Sales & Marketing, I worked with Worckhardt, Alpine Electronics Inc. Minda Value, Solara International Ltd, and Tata Teleservices Ltd, on middle management profile with core area of expertise as in Sales & Marketing.

Gurdev Singh has been practicing yoga and meditation for the last 4 years and found strong roots with Yoga teachings and practice. From his self-experienced transformation, a deep faith and respect took birth encouraging him to learn and share more about the ancient art and science of Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda.  He has gone into the depth of yoga & meditation while understanding the actual sense of practicing through countless hours of meditation by himself and finding it's true meaning and positive effects. He has studied through various traditions like Vedic, Buddhist and zen and continues to learn advanced forms of meditation techniques allowing the mind to become your best ally. He successfully knows the art of providing an experiential taste of meditation while doing Yoga asanas, staying in breath is the key.  He aims to share same to share the transformative experience with corporate employees to get them all relieved from the mental & psychological work pressure of the corporate world. He strongly believes words of Swami Rama “what meditation can give you nothing else, it introduces you to yourself.
